Bike Fitting Services

Casual Bike Fit: Minimum 1-1.5 hour fit time evaluating foot-pedal interface with fore/aft cleat position, leg angle and seat post height, saddle rail position and angle in relation to reach, and neutral hand position on handlebars and bar angle assessment.
Casual Fit with Platform Pedals @ $50/1 HR.
Casual Fit with Clipless Pedals @ $75/1.5 HRS.
Pro Fit: Minimum 3 hour fit time evaluating foot-pedal interface with fore/aft cleat position, medial/lateral cleat position, cleat wedging, cleat rotation, leg angle and seat post height, saddle rail position and angle in relation to reach with proper upper torso angles, neutral hand position on handlebars, and stem length and bar angle assessment.
Pro Fit with Clipless Pedals@ $275/3 HRS.
Aero Tri/TT Fit: Minimum 3-4 hour fit time evaluating foot-pedal interface with fore/aft cleat position, medial/lateral cleat position, cleat wedging, cleat rotation, leg angle and seat post height, saddle rail position and angle in relation to reach with proper upper torso angles and pelvic tilt while in a fast forward aero position in clip-on/full aerobar kit, neutral hand position in aerobar kit for bar end shape, and stem length/stack height and bar angle assessment.
Aero Tri/TT Fit with Clipless Pedals@ $350/3-4 HRS.


Triathlon Coaching: Sprint, Olympic, Half/Full Ironman Triathlon Training Plans

Step 1: Schedule a Training Consultion
From there, you can select the Training Plan that best meets your needs. A 3-month minimum training commitment is required for Training Plans 1-3. 

Training Consultation: $50 per hour

Consultation includes triathlon training/race season goal setting around work, family, social outlets, and gathering current fitness level data–age, height, weight, base and max heart rate zones per swim/bike/run discipline–that will complement a 3, 4, or 6-8 week periodization training schedule.

Training PLAN 1: $150 per month

Training PLAN 2: $250 per month

Unlimited Phone/Email Contact With Coach + 1 Private Scheduled Training Session/Plan
